Adoption Success Story Krummel ~ Note from the New Family
Pam , thank you so much for the easy process in adopting our most beautiful little girl. She has settled in so beautifully, and is enjoying playing with squeaky balls and toys. She has also taken to my granddaughters who absolutely love her.

Krummel Finds Her Perfect Family
When Krummel, a clever and sweet six-year-old Morkie (Yorkshire Terrier and Maltese cross), was first listed for adoption in Centurion, Gauteng, we knew her wonderful personality would make her a very special match.
Krummel is a true people-lover with plenty of personality. She adores swimming and showering, loves playing with her squeaky toys, and has the sweetest little comfort habit of gently hoarding and sucking on clean socks. Most importantly, she absolutely loves children and thrives on human companionship.
Finding a family who would appreciate all these wonderful quirks was therefore an important part of her placement.
The perfect match came in the form of Sue and her family. Following our thorough yet supportive screening process, everything came together beautifully, with Krummel moving directly from her original home into her new family without the stress of a kennel environment.
She has settled in wonderfully and is already enjoying her new days filled with toys, playtime and plenty of attention.
Most importantly, Krummel has completely won over Sue’s granddaughters. Seeing her bring so much happiness to the children, while being so happily embraced by the whole family, is exactly the outcome we had hoped for.
We are delighted to see this sweet Morkie begin her new chapter surrounded by the people she was meant to find.
Krummel was originally listed for adoption on 31 July 2026, and was successfully placed in her loving new Gauteng home on 8 August 2026. You can read more about her initial placement criteria on the original profile link ~ Krummel’s Profile.
